At Sarv's Slice, it’s all about family, food, and community. Siblings Sarv and Disha, born and raised in Ealing, combined their talents to create a pizza experience that not only brings people together but playfully elevates a beloved classic. Sarv, with years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens around the world, paired his fine-dining expertise with rustic, comforting flavors to craft something truly special—pizza, but with a twist.

Since 2021, Sarv's Slice has been making their own unique take on pizza, using only the finest ingredients across London and the South East. After mastering traditional Neapolitan pizza, Sarv took on the challenge of Detroit-style pizza—Disha’s favorite—and from the very first attempt, they knew they were onto something extraordinary. Over the last year, they’ve perfected this deep-dish style in Reading, known for its pillowy-soft interior, crispy edges, slow-cooked marinara, and artisanal ingredients sourced from small Italian suppliers.

Now, Sarv’s Slice has come full circle, opening its second location in Ealing—right in the heart of their home community. The team is excited to share their love of pizza with both new and returning customers. Whether it’s their signature Neapolitan pies or their fan-favorite Detroit-style pizza, Sarv and Disha continue to grow, experiment, and create the best pizza they can.
