About Us
At We're a brother and sister team, born and brought up in Ealing, who decided to build a business centred on bringing people together with fantastic food. We started by combining a passion for good rustic cooking with the fine-dining techniques Sarv picked up through his work in some of the best michelin-starred kitchens in the world.
Since 2021 we have been making our version of the world’s favourite food using only the finest ingredients across London and the South East. After two years honing his technique on a traditional Neapolitan style pizza,
Sarv finally gave in to numerous requests to make my favourite, Detroit-style pizza, and after his very first try, we knew it was pretty special. We’ve spent the last couple of years perfecting the recipe in Reading, and now we’re back in West London. hoping to wow you with our long fermented pillowy on the inside but crunchy on the outside dough, our slow-cooked marinara, and our ingredients sourced from small artisanal Italian suppliers.
